Both mental and emotional STRESS affect the body in a physical way. Emotions accumulate and then something goes wrong. A negative behavior or a health condition arises.

The population of Belize, like many other countries of the world, is experiencing untold socio-economic suffering. Apart from the usual day-to-day hustle and bustle, the recent – COVID-19 pandemic has not only aggravated challenging conditions but has also increased the levels of stress, anxiety, depression and worry among individuals and families across this nation. People are hurting and are seeking ways to cope and to maintain good health in the face of all these challenges.

You can sponsor a youth by becoming a member of my INEBESEI Yoga Village and invest in your own health and well-being at the same time. (IYV) As a member, you join an online community of likeminded SOULS who value personal development and find pleasure in uplifting others.
SPONSOR five or more YOUTHS and get three (3) private-group sessions with a group you will put together in addition to all the benefits in the IYV (INEBESEI Yoga Village) membership package. This could be family and/or friends.
SPONSOR 10+ YOUTHS and your contribution will go toward promoting/marketing your business PLUS Membership access to IYV (INEBESEI Yoga Village) perks. Your logo/business name will also go on flyers and video Ad for the DYYP (Dangriga Youth Yoga program).
