Every human being has approximately 64,000 – 70,000 thoughts per day – 90 percent of these thoughts are repetitive and non-beneficial to the preset moment. How many of your 70,000 thoughts are your mindful of each. day? At IYS (pronounced “ice”), we help our students declutter the mind from the day-to-day incessant chattering, through the practice of meditation and breathing techniques. We teach our students how to safely, and mindful stretching & strengthening of the physical body through the regular practice of asanas. We create space in the mind through the practice of ongoing breathing techniques and meditation.
We create space in the physical body by constant stretching of the muscles, helping each student to reach his/her maximum flexibility and mobility. And most importantly, we create space with respect and mindful behavior. Namaste.
